Terms of Service — Leave & PTO Tracker

Last updated: 2 September 2026

These terms cover your use of the Leave & PTO Tracker app for monday.com ("the app"), supplied by Kauê Natan Gonçalves Bidim, trading as Saoirse Software in Ireland ("we", "us"). Installing or using the app means you accept them.

1. What you get

A licence to use the app on the monday.com account it is installed on, for as long as your subscription is active, for your own internal business purposes.

2. Paying for it

The app is charged at the price shown on its monday.com marketplace listing. Billing, invoicing, tax and refunds are handled entirely by monday.com under the monday.com Marketplace Terms, and their rules take precedence over anything on this page about payment. We never see or handle your payment details.

3. If the subscription lapses

Nothing of yours is deleted, hidden or held hostage. While a subscription is not active — after a trial ends, after a cancellation, or after a failed renewal — everything already recorded stays visible and keeps working: balances, every past and future request, the decisions taken, the team schedule, the month calendar, the year report and its export. That is your own staff record, and it is your record, not ours.

Only writing is turned off: making a new request, approving, turning one down, cancelling, changing who can approve, and changing the company settings. Renewing turns them back on immediately — there is nothing to reinstall and nothing to restore.

We put this in writing because the opposite is a common complaint about apps of this kind. An app that hides last year's leave record the moment a renewal is late turns a staff record into a liability, and we will not do it.

4. What the app is not

The app records requests for time off, the decision taken on each, and the balance that follows. It is not a payroll system and does not pay anybody; it is not an HR system of record; and it is not legal or employment-law advice. Its public holiday calendars are provided as a convenience and should be checked against the law and the collective agreements that apply to you, particularly where a holiday moves or is observed differently in part of a country. Deciding entitlements, who may approve, and what an approval means inside your organisation remains your decision.

5. The app does not send email

We state this before you buy rather than letting you discover it. The app sends no email and no push notification. What is waiting for a person to decide is shown on the Waiting for you tab, with the number on the tab itself, so nothing depends on a message arriving.

6. Your responsibilities

7. Availability

The app runs on monday.com's own hosting for marketplace apps and depends on monday.com's infrastructure. We aim to keep it working and to fix problems promptly, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service and we do not control monday.com's uptime or its APIs.

8. Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, or for a decision taken on the basis of a leave record or a calculated balance. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Support

Support is provided by email, in English, on business days. Write to help@saoirsesoftware.com. We aim to reply within two business days.

10. Ending it

You can stop at any time by uninstalling the app from your monday.com account; billing stops under monday.com's rules. Uninstalling erases everything the app holds for your account, automatically and immediately — so export the year report first if you need to keep the record. An administrator of your monday.com account can also erase everything from inside the app, on the Setup tab, without uninstalling.

We may end this licence if the app is used in breach of these terms or of monday.com's marketplace terms.

11. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date at the top changes and the new version is published here. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new version.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
