Prices are per monday.com account, billed annually, in US dollars. Monthly billing is
available at a slightly higher rate. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free
trial, and you are not charged if you cancel before it ends.
Billing, invoicing, tax and refunds are handled entirely by monday.com — you subscribe from
the marketplace with the payment details already on your account. We never see or handle them.
The free plan is not a crippled version
Up to 5 people, you get the whole app: entitlements, balances that count half days and skip
weekends and public holidays, requests and approvals, carry-over from last year, the team
schedule, the month calendar, the year report and its export.
There is no cap on requests, no cap on history and no feature held back. The only thing a
paid plan buys is more people.
What a lapsed subscription never does. If a trial ends, a subscription is
cancelled or a renewal fails, nothing of yours is deleted, hidden or held back. Everything
already recorded stays visible and keeps working — balances, every past and future request, the
decisions taken, the schedule, the calendar, the year report and its export — and you can still
erase your data at any time. Only writing is turned off: new requests, approvals,
turning one down, cancelling, and changing settings. Renewing turns them back on immediately,
with nothing to reinstall and nothing to restore. This is written into the
Terms of Service, section 3.
Questions before you buy
How is a person counted? By the people who appear in the app's team
settings — the ones with an entitlement and a balance. Someone who never takes leave and
is not listed there does not count.
What if we grow past a plan? Change plan on the marketplace; nothing in
the app has to be set up again.
